How it Works:

Place an Order for “In Stock” products. Select Credit Card as your Payment Method. Complete the Order before 2pm South African Time Monday to Friday. Your Order will be processed as soon as receipt of payment has been confirmed.


The Stock Status for each product in your Order must be listed as In Stock.

Your Order must be completed before 3pm during normal business hours.

Business hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday. Friday Business hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm excluding Holidays.

Any delay in receiving approval from your Card issuer may affect the Order’s ship date.

If the Order was not shipped the Same Day due to a Stock error, once the product is back in stock we will ship your Order via Express Courier (Domestic customers only) or the best delivery method available.

Methods and Rates

Deliveries within South Africa:

1-3 days Express Courier Service: R120 per order flat rate

You will be supplied with a tracking number upon shipment. This service will require the signature of the person accepting the parcel at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that you enter your telephone number when you fill out your personal details if you plan to use Express Courier Service. This will assist them in the event of them experiencing difficulties delivering your parcel.

Express Courier Service will deliver your parcel speedily on condition that somebody is available to sign for the parcel at the shipping address entered. In the event of nobody being available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address, a card will be left for you to contact the Express Courier Service driver.

Courier service does not deliver to P.O. BOXES

2-3 business Express/Registered Post: R90 per order flat rate

The parcel will be delivered within 2-3 business days to your nearest post office or to your P.O Box. You will be supplied with a tracking number upon shipment. This service will require a signature when the parcel is delivered over the counter. To ensure promot and safe delivery of your parcel a phone number is essential.
